weigh in 4, day 15

Merry Christmas to all! This is my 4th weigh in into my journey and it's been a VERY exciting week. First, I'd like to announce that the hubby and I got our approved vacation for the end of April! 2 weeks off and we know exactly how to spend it. We bought our plane tickets on Saturday, we're going to France for 2 weeks! April 19-May 5 we will be in Paris, Marseille and Brussles, BE. I'm so freaking excited.

Also, seeing as it's been a holiday weekend, I've obvioiusly eaten more than i should have. Well, even with those slip ups, I've still manages to have a loss this week of  2.4 lbs which brings my total to 13 lbs lost!!!! It's such a great feeling to have this sort of progress in what is known as the hardest time to lose weight. I'm very proud of myself.   

Well, I'm going to get the hubby's breakfast ready and prepare to start our Christmas Day.

Day Fifteen- Are you vegan or vegetarian? If so, has this helped you lose weight? If not, would you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?

I've not become a vegan/ vegetarian officially. I've noticed that many of my meals have turned out to be vegetarian just because the calories are lower when meat in not included but I refuse to put a lable on it at the moment. I still love meat and am not ready to give that up completely. Maybe, in the future it'll be something to seriously consider.
