Day Twelve- What do you normally eat?
normally, i eat a lot of wheat bread, eggs, turkey bacon, fish and lots of meals that are semi-vegetarian. i'm trying to be clean but there are certain snacking habits that are hard to break. i eat a couple of fiberone bars as snacks and fruit out my ears! veggies and salsa are also a part of my everyday routine.
Day Thirteen- Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way?
I believe that my process is borderline only because I am eating the least amount of calories recommened for a woman. I try to eat more on certain days but I've noticed i'm an all or nothing kind of girl. We'll see where it takes me.
