Day 5

Day Five- Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?


I am most definitely only losing weight for myself. I've been gaining weight steadily for over 8 years and it's about time to get back to a happy place for me. I chosen to lose weight now because I'm back to my wedding weight aka my highest weight and i refuse for my HW to change into a larger number! I can't wait until this coming summer and I can't wait to be healthy and not have the fear of diabetes, high cholesterol, PCOS, and problems getting pregnant all because I wanted a Big Mac from time to time. It's no longer worth it to me.
