Weigh in 1.

This is my first weigh in and I'm proud to say I've lost 4.2 lbs in my first week! Surprisingly enough, it wasn't at all a difficult first week. I mean, yes, the temptations were there but I felt completely satisfied with my decisions (even this weekend) and I'm looking forward to next week. I know that the weigh-ins will never be  the same as in the first couple of weeks and that I have to remember to stay positive. I'm positive!
