another weekend!
Today begins my second weekend since I've started on this journey. The week proved to be fantastic and I'm pretty sure I'm 1 or 2 weigh-ins from my first goal and that's just EXCITING. I kept walking a priority today and eating my calories is going well. I have problems where I find myself under 1200 calories and no longer hungry. I've got to figure out what to do in situations like that. I figure if I make my breakfasts about 400-450 calories I'll be able to close that deficit. I'll keep you posted on my findings. We have lots to do today. Perhaps I will post photos of what we do today..... :) enjoy your saturday.
