day 16

Day Sixteen- When did you first decide to lose weight?

I've made conscience efforts to lose weight PLENTY of times. I've started out very strong and usually within a week or 2 I was deflated. Mainly, because I would exercise my ass off (not literally) but I would see no results. It took me just recently to understand why and now that I understand it, I can change it! I know why I gain weight and that's why I've started to lose weight and it's working. I look forward to the future.
