day25-28


Day Twenty-Five- Have you ever purged? If you have describe your first 
experience.
-yes. it wasn't planned just after i ate as much as i did i felt really gross and decided to just get it out of me. i physically felt much better but mentally i was disgusted with myself. it wasn't a good time.

Day Twenty-Six- What excites you most about reaching your ugw?
what excites me most is just being able to be more physically active. i hate being active with some of my friends because i become winded WAY much faster than they do. Also, being able to shop in any store I want will be a HUGE advantage.

Day Twenty-Seven - How do you deal with being around food? normally, i'm pretty good about being around food. i definitely have some trigger foods that i know i love and i'm trying to work on eating those too often. it's hard but as i'm almost 6 weeks into this I really just need to get over it. 

Day Twenty-Eight- Do you want that “gap” between your legs? Why?
i have no desire for the gap between my legs. I like curves and though i would love to no longer have thunder thighs, the gap between my legs will never be something i purposefully look for.
