I finally broke out of the 210's!!!!
i know last month i said i was back. it was my full intention to start blogging again and working on my weight loss. i was keeping up with my eating (for the most part) and between dodgeball, spinning and rugby practice (we'll talk about that later) i had been getting in my workouts. unfortunately, i hadn't been losing weight and it was taking it's toll on me. i didn't gain but i wasn't losing....untill today! i finally broke my plateau and a milestone for me! I can't remember when i wasn't atleast in the 220's let alone in the 200's!!! i'm so excited and proud and with only less than 3 weeks until our France trip it feels freaking amazing. I'm not sure I'll hit ONEderland before the trip but being pretty damn close is good enough for me. I'll take 209 over 242 any day. :)

I'm back and with a vengence!!!!
I know, I know! I haven't posted in almost exactly 1 month and in that time I've lost and gained about 3 lbs. It's been a stressful one but now, with vacation less than 2 months away and 14 lbs to still lose before then, I've really gotta step up my game. I'm back.

weigh in 11/ before and during pic
hello, hello!
i just wanted to post a quick update. if you look in my sidebar you'll see that my loss for this weigh in was FAR better than last weeks. Im very pleased with the results as it's 2.6 more lbs closer to my goal weight for our vacation coming up in April! 14 more lbs to lose before I'm officially into ONEDERLAND!

so yeah....that's me! lol from weigh in 1 to weigh in 11. i just wanted to post my progress since this is the first time i'm really noticing a difference in my photots. as you can see my belly is not as saggy and i've lost a lot of weight in my boobs! this black bra that i'm wearing used to not hold me in very well and was only worn for certain outfits and now it's become one of my favorites! the bra on the left was my most supportive bra and now it's just getting way too big (bittersweet). also, you can't really see here but my face has lost a lot of weight as well. clearly i'm doing something right! it's exciting to see these results and i look forward to everything the future has in store for me.

weigh-in 10
my week was not the most impressive of all weeks. i skipped spinning last monday and i feel that threw off everything for me. My weigh in was still at a loss of 0.6 ounces and i'll take that over a gain for the week. i'll do better this week

considering the week i've had i will take my 1.5 lb loss with pride! i haven't been posting much but i've started class again and was laid off last week so it's just been a little difficult for me to be posting but NOT difficult for me to stay on track. i'm looking forward to the next couple of weeks. hope you all are well.

weigh-in 7
this weigh-in was EXACTLY what i wanted to see. I busted my ass with my eating and even though I gave into some cravings I still think I did very well. I weighed in at 220.4 which is a lost of 3.4 lbs from last week and 17 lbs overall! I've almost his my 20 lbs lost!!!
next week weigh in will hopfully have me in the teens!

DAY 30
Day Thirty- 10 facts about you! And now, what are your stats?
1) i'm motivated.
2) i play dodgeball
3) i signed up for spinning classes
4) i drink water as if my life depended on it
5) i'm still overweight
6) i'm human
7) i'm going to france in 3 months!
8) i like the way my future looks
9) i'm learning
10) i'm beautiful
my stats have all stayed the same but for my weight. I've lost 5.6 lbs for a weight of 222.6 lbs! Considering that these 30 days has been full of cheats becacuse of Christmas parties, Christmas eve, New Years Eve, New Years and everything in between on top of my being almost entirely inactive but for my walking to the bus which stopped 3 weeks ago. Im very proud of myself and I look forward to the next 30 days.

Day Twenty-Five- Have you ever purged? If you have describe your first
experience.
-yes. it wasn't planned just after i ate as much as i did i felt really gross and decided to just get it out of me. i physically felt much better but mentally i was disgusted with myself. it wasn't a good time.
Day Twenty-Six- What excites you most about reaching your ugw?
what excites me most is just being able to be more physically active. i hate being active with some of my friends because i become winded WAY much faster than they do. Also, being able to shop in any store I want will be a HUGE advantage.
Day Twenty-Seven - How do you deal with being around food? normally, i'm pretty good about being around food. i definitely have some trigger foods that i know i love and i'm trying to work on eating those too often. it's hard but as i'm almost 6 weeks into this I really just need to get over it.
Day Twenty-Eight- Do you want that “gap” between your legs? Why?
i have no desire for the gap between my legs. I like curves and though i would love to no longer have thunder thighs, the gap between my legs will never be something i purposefully look for.

Day Twenty-Three- Did the media play a role in your wanting to lose weight?
I don't believe the media had a lot to do with my decision to lose weight. the media has been around for quite some time and it's never been much of a motivation for me.
What began my motivation was Dodgeball. I'm part of a dodgeball league and I'm REALLY good. I have a great arm and great aim but I don't have the stamina I need to really get my point across long term. I'd like to be more active and go swimming with my friends and not feel like a total lard ass. I'd like to take photos and see the beauty of being with my husband and not see the fatrolls that I'm trying to hide.
I really want this.

- it's been about 4 weeks since i've had anything fast food

- healthy eating and eating clean

- i'm a 16-18 or xl-xxl

- i've really lost enough weight to call any weight my lowest. this is honestly the longest i've ever kept up any sort of weight loss plan.
