Mirror Mirror....

I've been down this road so many times in my life... that it's no surprise I'd be here again. My weight has been a constant struggle for me for years and I've never been able to get it under control. I'm sitting here because I had another day of eating and drinking whatever it is I wanted while sitting on the couch. I don't know why I do this but I really do want to change. Welcome to day 1.
